So... wow. I never thought anything I did would get as much attention as this has. Thank you guys so much. I can't say I understand the infatuation people have with the piece, because I personally think I could do better, but I am so grateful for you guys and the wonderful comments you've left. This is amazing and has seriously made my day over and over. I know I haven't commented on every comment, but I have read them all and I just want to give a huge thank you. To some all of this may seem kind of mundane and meaningless, but to me this means a lot, so thank you so so so much. ♥}

Found this scrolling through fb land just after a miserable break up and a bunch of life shit that i'm still broken over. As soon as I saw this, I recognized her as my heart. Sad and hurt and all bled out. I have it on my phone as a reminder to not rush into love again. Also as a reminder to not text or call my ex unless i have to lol. Thank you for unknowingly helping me through a very dark time.

well I feel privileged to be of help, even if it was through coincidence and accident. I actually drew this at one of the darkest times in my life, something I'm still struggling with today actually. At the time it was just something to draw, but I've started realizing just how much of me is reflected in this, without meaning to have done so, so I'm really glad it helped you.
